One Sansome Street

One Sansome is owned in a joint venture between Barker Pacific Group and PGIM Real Estate. Since its acquisition in 2010, the ownership has invested over $20 million in capital improvements to the building, including new ceiling and lighting in the main lobby, new lobby attendant console, new elevator cab interior finishes and lighting, and installation of seating and collaboration areas in the lobby. The building is professionally managed by Barker Pacific Group.
In 2014, One Sansome was awarded LEED Platinum v4 certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, making it the first building in San Francisco - and the first major office building in the world - to obtain the highest green building standard.
