Trammell Crow Company (“TCC”), founded in 1948, is one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate. Trammell Crow Company began its healthcare and life sciences program with the singular mission of providing development and real estate services to hospitals and health systems. Since then, they have grown to become one of the nation’s largest healthcare development & investment firms. They have developed a $3.5 billion healthcare real estate, including medical office buildings, hospitals, surgery centers, and other types of specialized facilities totaling over 15 million square feet. MEADOW PARTNERS

Meadow Partners is a privately held investment manager specifically focused on the real estate industry. The firm was founded in 2009 by Jeffrey M. Kaplan, a 25-year veteran of institutional real estate investment and previously Managing Principal and Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee of Westbrook Partners. Mr. Kaplan and his two partners, J. Andrew McDaniel, based in London, and Timothy P. Yantz, based in New York City, have a history of successfully investing together at Meadow Partners, and previously at Westbrook Partners.

 

Meadow Partners’ management team has over 50 years of collective real estate investment experience. The Partners have been responsible for the acquisition and ongoing asset management of $26 billion of real estate assets located in the United States, Europe and Asia through over 250 separate transactions. The Partners have a broad and diverse investment experience by property type, geographic location, deal size, transaction type and investment structure. Meadow Partners is focused on identifying, acquiring, and managing the most attractive risk-adjusted investment opportunities in its target markets.

QUALITY HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS

Quality Healthtech Solutions, LLC (QHS) is a provider of revenue cycle management solutions to the healthcare industry. Their solutions encompass a comprehensive suite of platform enabled back-office services that span the healthcare revenue cycle workflow from patient admission, charge capture, claims processing and receivables management. They collaborate with providers and payers utilizing a unique and flexible blended shore approach. Their solutions are focused on increasing the operating margins and cash flow generation of QHS healthcare clients by deploying efficient business processes, proprietary re-engineering methodologies and technology enabled automation. We support the hiring, retention, evaluations, training and oversight of the healthcare management staff.

 

QHS ensures the coordination and implementation of contracted services including utilization, population management, care/case management services and continuous quality improvement achieving defined program goals and objectives as well as agreed upon scope of work. They have the capability to lead seamless implementations and client or accreditation audits that comply with relevant Federal and State regulations.
